Keep it up, I’m lovin’ it so far

I’ve used MurmurType, Whisper, and similar tools in the past. What I was looking for is a minimal app—something stable, reliable, and unobtrusive. No constant attention, no friction at every login, no crashes. This app does what it promises. Because tools like this matter a lot to me, I remain cautiously optimistic and plan to continue refining this review over the coming days and weeks. The 7-day trial is appreciated—it’s important to truly get a feel for an app before committing. I also value the one-time purchase model. Avoiding yet another subscription makes a real difference.

Much needed

This has removed my friction for writing long texts. It gets my accent well and, lets me customise commands to insert jargon. This has led to a substantial reduction in the time I take to edit my drafts. In fact, even this review has been dictated using this app.

I’ve only used it for a bit after downloading, but in every instance it worked without any issues.I did some live spoken word transcription, and also transcribed a few video files. The videos has some noises in the background which did not prevent an accurate transcription, which is good. It is easy to use. I like that it transcribes locally and doesn’t rely on some web service.
